The Swedish Immigrant Trail will be a 22 mile multi-use trail connecting the city of Taylor's Falls on the St. Croix River to the City of Wyoming and the Sunrise Prairie Trail.
The Chisago County Parks and Trails Foundation is a non-profit organization with the mission to further the establishment, development, and enhancement of parks and trails within Chisago County and to encourage their wise use and protection. The Foundation was formed by inspired citizens in 1992 to focus attention on the need for a non-motorized trail system that will serve to: Improve Safety, Link Communities, Provide Recreational Opportunities, Enhance Tourism and Sustainable Economic Development
